So, by 2010, we decided that DotSpots was not going to work, so we pivoted, to a new startup called Gripe. Grip was sort of a better social Better Business Bureau, which let people post their complaints and get resolution in public, non-anonymously. That was between 2010 and 2012. So, that didn't scale well.
