Cloud computing and the open source movements have brought down the costs of starting a company by more than 90%. The movie, “The Social Network” might have had more of an impact on creating future entrepreneurs than any other event of the past 5 years. By 2010-2011 this had shrunk by half again, averaging under $15 billion.
