CalAmp Acquires Synovia Solutions For $50M

CalAmp said that Synovia had over $28M in software-as-a-service recurring revenue in calendar 2018, with approximately 30 percent EBITDA. CalAmp said the new acquisition, along with those prior acquisitions, is expected to boost its recurring SaaS revenues to over $30M a quarter by the second half of the current fiscal year.

ResMed To Add To Software Offerings With $750M MatrixCare Acquisition

Canada’s newest unicorn: Clio raises $110M at a $1.6B valuation for legal tech
