Teradyne , the developer of automation and test equipment which has a big facility in Agoura Hills, said this week that it has acquired Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), a Danish company, for $148M, plus up to $124M in earnout.

Agoura Hills-based THQ said late Monday that it has sold off its rights to produce titles for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) brand, to Electronic Arts. According to THQ, the sale resulted in an undisclosed cash payment to THQ, and allows THQ to continue to publish its existing console and mobile titles through March 31, 2013.

Agoura Hills-based DTS has acquired Neural Audio, a firm which develops music playback and creation technology, the firm said Tuesday afternoon.
