In January, Los Angeles-based Pluto TV (www.pluto.tv) was acquired by Viacom for $340M, one of the largest acquisition deals so far in the region this year. I started a web design company, and ended up going to college in Florida, but kept on running the company on the side. That's the idea that sparked Pluto TV.
