Los Angeles-based LED lighting manufacturer EcoSense Lighting has acquired fellow LED lighting developer Journee , according to EcoSense. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Journee Lighting, which was based in Westlake Village, developed downlight and track lighting.
