Calabasas-based Aligned TeleHealth , a provider of telemedicine services, said this morning that it has raised $12M in a Series A funding round. The funding came from SV Life Sciences (SVLS). The company said the funding will go towards acquisition, business development, recruitment, and towards its technology infrastructure.

Fulcrum Micro Acquired By Intel

Calabasas-babsed Fulcrum Microsystems , the developer of switching semiconductors, has been acquired by chip giant Intel. Intel announced the acquisition this morning, but did not disclose financial terms of the acquisition. Intel said that Fulcrum's switch silicon will complement its processors and Ethernet controllers.
