PlanetArt Buys Personal Creations From FTD For $18.1M

Calabasas-based PlanetArt , a provider of print-on-demand and personalized products, says it has acquired personalized gift company Personal Creations , from FTD Companies , in a deal worth $18.1M PlanetArt--which says it now has reached roughly $200M in revenues--said the acquisition came as part of FTD's court-supervised restructuring.
