So yes, I want to hire somebody with really high IQ and EQ but not somebody who is more knowledgeable at your specific skill set than you are. I learned that I wasn’t the strongest kid in class but wasn’t a wimp either. or; “I don’t have enough money to hire my team yet. Is it book smarts? ON SUCCESS.
