LeisureLink Acquired By VacationRoost

Pasadena-based LeisureLink , the developer of travel booking software for the vacation rental market, has been acquired by VacationRoost , which operates an online vacation rental marketplace. Clearstone''s Jim Armstrong joins VacationRoost''s Board of Directors as part of the deal. Financial terms of the buy were not announced.

Rubicon Projects Hires Investment Banker

Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project , the online ad optimization firm headed by Frank Addante , announced this morning that it has hired investment banker Allen & Company. Rubicon also said in its announcement that it had year-over-year growth of 270%, and that during 2009 it made its first acquisition, of technology firm Others Online.
