Let me assure you that a business plan and product plan are two different things (I have personally written several of both). Be sure to include this in your “elevator pitch,” which you must always deliver as a prelude to your technology features. You need both to survive. Use non-fuzzy terms to quantify customer value.

My personal favorite and best fit for GRP Partners was Thumbtack. Marco Zappacosta served up an cogent, business focused and nicely demo’d pitch of their product. – and provide a way to facilitate a match between vendor and person needing service. Thumbtack is marketplace for local services.
