When you first start your company and raise initial venture capital your board probably consists of 1-3 founders and 1-2 VCs. Planning and dealing with extra-ordinary events: M&A, fund raising, crises. And honestly if you did raise a ton of capital from many people it’s ok that you share control. In the Early Days.
