Chris Tragos: Typically, with an advertising RFP, a campaign will come pre-loaded with a standard ad spot and creative. At Jetpack, we don't outsource production, and we manage all of the software development within Jetpack. Our self service product right now is what we used to develop ads, but you have to know things like Javascript.

As a software developer I wrote code on what was called a “dumb terminal” because it literally had no processing capability. We ran software on the PCs called “terminal emulation” that allowed us to act like a dumb terminal to interact with mainframes and to act like a PC (with word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
