Los Angeles-based Pagewoo , the mobile advertising startup founded by Holden Steinberg and Jason Crilly, has quietly scored a round of funding, which was disclosed by the Tech Coast Angels this morning. We caught up with Mickie Rosen , the firm's CEO, about the company, its links to Best Buy, and how it was incubated out of Fuse Capital. Ross Levinsohn of Fuse Capital also is involved in incubating Tecca. We felt that mobile was such a big opportunity, and that it is really an opportunity to bridge the physical with the digital.

We have refind our thesis around why mobile is so special, and how it ties into location, and have spent two years working on precise, location targeted ads in the industry. We can point the customer directly in that GPS all the way to a retail location or advertisers. What did TeleNav see in ThinkNear ? It was really great.
