Los Angeles-based Arcturus, a developer of 3D video editing tools, said Wednesday afternoon that it has raised $11M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by Cloudtree Ventures, and also included Autodesk and Epic Games. The startup is led by CEO Kamal Mistry.

Monrovia-based Ondax , a manufacturer of volume holographic grating filters and lasers, said Tuesday that it has officially closed its $2.2M, Series E funding round. The round was led by Prospector Equity Capital and Arcturus Capital, and also included the Pasadena Angels and Tech Coast Angels.
