Wilcon Buys Freedom Dark Fiber Networks

Los Angeles-based fiber optic and data center infrastructure provider Wilcon announced today that it has acquired dark fiber provider Freedom Dark Fiber Networks. Wilcon said it was supported in the deal by Pamlico Capital; financial details of that backing was also not announced. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
