Claremont-based Prisyna , a unit of Synedgen, said this morning that it has raised $6M in a growth equity investment, to help it advance its products. The funding came from Andrew Miller. The company currently offers two oral rinse products under the Synedent name, Synedent Oral Care and Synedent Plus Oral Care with flouride.

Irvine-based Bikestation , a developer of facilities for bicycle commuting, has scored an investment from the Tech Coast Angels angel investment group, the TCA said this morning. According to the Orange County arm of the Tech Coast Angels, the investment was led by Raulee Marcus.

We're always interested in how technology is influencing the business of Hollywood, and recently ran across Los Angeles-based Scripped. We're in talks with a couple of agencies where we will provide an independent rating system, where they will go through the content, and we'll pay them to do that as part of our funding, and rate each script.
