ventura-based NetPlenish , the mobile shopping service startup headed by Dave Compton , said today that it has launched with $1.9M NetPlenish is one of the firms located in the Ventura Ventures Technology Center. The firm says it automatically place orders on services such as Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens , Drugstore.com, and Sephora.
