Los Angeles-based prodege , the parent company of Swagbucks , said this morning that it has acquired Sodahead , the online polling and discussion platform founded by Jason Feffer. According to Prodege, it will acquire all of SodaHead''s assets and staff from its Encino headquarters, and will move them to Swagbucks offices in El Segundo.

Encino-based uSamp , the online sampling and survey firm run by Gregg Lavin and Matt Dusig, reported over the weekend that it had revenue growth over over 167 percent. The company also said that it is planning to double its investment in its technology platform.
