Arcadia-based Myricom , the provider of low latency, 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other networking adapters specifically aimed at the high performance computing (HPC) market, and storage networking hardware provider Emulex , which is based in Costa Mesa, said today that they are in a strategic partnership. The company is a spinout of Caltech.

Siimpel Scores Investment From Korean Firm

Arcadia-based Siimpel Corporation , which is developing MEMs-based components for mobile cameras, announced Monday afternoon that the firm has raised an additional round of investment from LG Innotek. Siimpel develops MEMs modules which are used to design higher quality, mobile phone cameras.
