Chatsworth-based DataDirect Networks , the developer of high performance storage arrays, reported a win with the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) today. According to DataDirect Networks, LANL is using its storage and EXAScaler Lustre file system appliance to deliver 4.3 petabytes of storage to its research cluster.
DataDirect Networks (DDN), which develops storage arrays for high performance computing and similar applications, says it is powering a provider of artificial-intelligence-as-a-service. Financial details of the partnership were not announced.
Chatsowrth- and Santa Clara, California-based DataDirect Networks , a developer of enterprise storage systems, announced on Monday that it has opened up a new engineering facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. DDN said the new facility will focus on research and development for the company.
Chatsworth-based data storage provider DDN reported this morning that it has been selected by a Korean customer, NAVER Corporation, which will use its products for a number of AI services and research projects. NAVER is the owner of the popular LINE messaging service.
