One of my friends, the CIO of a large healthcare system, did a study with Verizon of their facility, and found that there were 3 million SMS messages sent in a month. We had been initially signing up small customers, which would lead and refer us to much larger opportunities. Healthcare looks a lot like an overlapping Venn diagram.
