Agoura-based videogame developer THQ has sold off its value PC software arm, ValueSoft , to Westminster, California-based Cosmi , the firms said this morning. THQ said the sale will allow the company to focus on its core video game portfolio. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. READ MORE>>.
