Johnson , founder of Lunch.com, is an experience entrepreneur, who sold his last firm, VirtualTourist.com , to Expedia. It was a local, SoCal company right here in Manhattan Beach. There is a lot of competition for reviews/etc. So how did the sale to Expedia come about--did you look for them, or were they looking for you?
