His challenge is to focus on one market, with a specific design, cost, and price. Finally, implementation requires a commitment of real money and other resources that can’t be written off so easily as an idea ahead of it’s time. For example, I have a friend with a Ph.D. Yes, there are a lot of bridges to cross.

It’s predictable, there is no reason to get mad about it and with a well-designed play book you can overcome this much of the time. You left the meeting dreaming about money and finally having resources to do all of the things you wanted to do. I call it, “Remind me why I love you again?” When you pitched me I really did love you.

Earlier this month, the annual Montgomery Summit conference was held in Santa Monica, including a special portion of the conference dedicated to the Rise of the Female Entrepreneur. We had over 400 attendees, including some who came from the core conference. It's a great event.

I’m generally not a believer in too much PR until you have a product built or at least well designed. This is somewhat changing in the world of crowd funding where people actually raise money so that they can build products but at a minimum your product design ought to be complete and ready to execute.
