But what was interesting to me was that I found myself recommending that each of them should have a technical adviser. Structure development contracts appropriately or directing the in-house team appropriately.

I don’t like distributed development teams in early stage businesses. I prefer the first sales hires to be in the home office. He downs cold ones with the head of biz dev.
