Today's interview is with Los Angeles-based Miso Media , a developer of iPad-based music education software, which uses note detection to help users learn guitar, ukulele, and banjo. There are two ways you can use the app -- you can either play your iPad like it is a real instrument, by strumming the touch screen.

We've had a lot of advisors along the way, in the financial and technology realm, which has helped us with everything. The biggest transition for us, was taking on a co-founder, our CTO, who has the really intensive tech background. Plus, we have face to face interaction with our sitters, in addition to background screening.

On a phone call it’s too easy to be distracted and thumb through paperwork, stare out the window or glance at your computer screen. Last time we met I didn’t have my CTO with me. everything.

The co-founder core team, including a CTO, should be fully formed and passionate enough to be working on the project full time. Forget the second screen, play and interact with video content today. There is no right answer many times, just gut instincts and educated guesses. Every team has learned many lessons along the way.

They ask for a little bit additional information and that's it, you are up and going. It allows you to easily edit items. More on this below.

OP: myLINGO is a smartphone app where you can select and download an audio track of a movie in your preferred language and go to the theatre and have that audio track synchronize to the movie playing on the screen. We will need to keep on figuring out how to educate our consumer. We also have Chris Cookson as a technical advisor.
