Previously we had to bring companies from all around the world to our 8 week accelerator program in Santa Monica and we were restricted by having to use local investors, trainers and mentors to keep our startups occupied. The pandemic has been a blessing for us from a process perspective.

At the tender age of 15, Tanz teamed up with his friend Michael Schneider (the CEO of MobileRoadie ), to create the design firm Fluid Design. They have built proprietary ad serving, video serving and image recognition technology, complete with patents, and invented in-image advertising. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Santa Monica-based Fundable (www.fundable.com) is a newly launched, crowdfunding site which is headed by local entrepreneur Wil Shroter. It was a series of different technologies we had ot develop and apply for patents on, and now that we have it, we're working on a prototype. I was doing that until 1995.
