Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX has received a new, $149M contract to help develop new, missile tracking satellites for the U.S. SpaceX is reportedly looking to use the same base platform as it has been for Starlink for the satellite tracking. The award was through the Pentagon's Space Development Agency.

Hawthorne-based SpaceX saw another successful launch of a mission ot the International Space Station on Saturday, taking off at 4:47 a.m. EST from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. The launch is the fifth of twelve, contracted resupply missions for SpaceX to the International Space Station.
