Venice, California-based Viddy , a new startup developing mobile video tools, said today that it has raised $1.6M in a first round of financing, and launched a mobile video creation and sharing tool for the iPhone. The firm said it is creating a "Twitter-style feed of videos from friends, family, celebrities".
