We have developed a tool that takes scientific, validated methodologies from academia, and use that to assess unconscious bias around race, gender, age, and other personality attributes, in the workplace. That's what we do over the course of our two year contract. Sometimes, it's just content presented online.

Lots of them were in online media and entertainment. I was selling products to Live Nation, Demand Media, Kelly Blue Book, Rovi, and the Screen Actors Guild. That's great training for the startup world. My co-founder, Taylor Mcpartland, is the entertainment guy. I'm a guy that gets things done as a sales person.

We used to travel with her, going to restaurants, with a backpack or bag full of books to keep her entertained. They were slightly different, in that they were in a smaller market, doing contract work with an in-house team. The money is going to go towards hiring, better development, and more creative work. It's been such fun.
