This morning, Los Angeles-based Lottay (www.lottay.com) launched its online gifting site, announced its funding by DFJ Frontier, and also the appointment of former Evite GM Harry Lin as CEO. Harry Lin: Lottay originated before me, I've just been barely two months as CEO, from an entrepreneur, Andy Elliott.

We provide an event and experiential marketing platform. You can think of us as a super, high-end Evite, for the B2B, corporate space. When you use something like Eventbrite, or Ticketmaster, it doesn't matter who is buying that ticket�they'll let anyone buy a ticket, because you're just a bar code. It's fundamentally different.
