I suspect both were at play in Rustic Canyon Partners that went from a $500 million fund to around a $200 million fund. VC will shrink. Oh yes it will.

Jeremy Liew, a respected VC from LightSpeed, obviously saw the change to ramp up sales. Obviously they see big things in Wildfire.
