Astute Networks Gains New Funding

San Diego-based Astute networks , a developer of blade storage products, said Thursday that it has raised a new, "significant" capital investment from Tallwood Venture Capital. Amount of the funding was not disclosed. The firm had originally been focused on network processors for storage protocol offload.
