I think we were able to effectively transition, because our technology platform. At the time, our platform allowed us to build our games, and have one game which we could send to multiple devices. We're able to get thousands of downloads per day on our products, a far cry from the BREW and Java days.

The way we are doing that, is by building a search platform, which allows recruiters to find professionals where they are engaging online. John Jersin: We're building a search platform, similar to how Google crawls the web, picking up information about professionals, and aggregating that together into our search index.

People can now add notes to the board – using Twitter, SMS, Rich web, WAP, Android and Java supported devices. For example, goods for sale – people add items that are for sale, their contact details, images of the product. People could add notes regarding whatever the category selection of the board determines.

It's along sales cycle, but the beauty is that when you're done, you've got client software which a consumer can use, specialized for their device, and able to do cools things, things that you couldn't do if you didn't work directly with the carrier.
