Founded it as a California LLC but your potential VC wants a Delaware C-Corp? I know he’s smart but you wouldn’t hire a Javascript developer to do your database design – would you? But as with consulting, PR, web design and even VC – it’s not just the firm it’s also the individual.

The disadvantage is that you can’t install a lot of additional tools that use Javascript. Now I’m a VC. At least that’s true in Wordpress. The advantage of the hosted version is that it’s easier to get started. Actually, that’s kind of lame. Some search. Both Sides of the Table. I was an entrepreneur.
