Los Angeles-based legal filings and services site LegalZoom has settled a trademark and antitrust suit filed against the company by competitor LegalForce RAPC Worldwide , the operator of a trademark and patent filing service, Trademarkia.com , according to a legal filing from the two companies this week, according to reports.
