Los Angeles-based live streaming site Stickam.com has launched a new Facebook application, the firm announced this morning, which allows Facebook users to create their own live video broadcasts. Stickam.com said its new app --which is free--allows users to create accounts on the Stickam site, and broadcast live video to others.

Los Angeles-based Stickam.com, an online web site focused on webcam and live video streaming, said this morning that it has released a new application programming interface (API). According to the site, the new API allows web developers to integrate live video streaming onto their sites. Pricing for the service was not released.
