There’s no doubt (at least anecdotally) that the pace of VC investments in early-stage technology companies has picked up in the past few months. M&A has shown some spectacular results including Zappos to Amazon for $928million , Sun to Oracle for $7.4 Notice that I didn’t say “social networking.”
