Los Angeles-based Leads360 , a developer of hosted software for managing sales leads, reported yesterday that the firm has signed on Infinity Auto Insurance, a unit of Infinity Property and Casualty Group. Leads360 is venture backed by Rustic Canyon Partners, and headed by former Overture Services CIO Dan Morefield.

I suspect both were at play in Rustic Canyon Partners that went from a $500 million fund to around a $200 million fund. PE Hub reported that there were mass defections. There are some very talented partners remaining at Rustic Canyon and I’m told some committed LPs. Price MUST be in a certain range.
