Ice Energy Opens R&D Center In Riverside

Santa Barbara-based energy storage technology developer Ice Energy announced today that it is opening up a new, research and development center in Riverside, with plans to immediately hire 12 at the location. Ice Energy said the move comes due to grants and incentives from Riverside, as well as the University of California, Riverside.

The Port of Los Angeles reported late Friday that it has received a preliminary award of $41M, from the California Air Resource Board (CARB), for a high tech hydrogen fuel cell freight project.
