Even better, we resolved all of them to full satisfaction and refunded all monies requested. He told me this was a service the BBB provided to its customers since they saved so much money on the same service. BBB of Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Please advise. Not too shabby IMHO!
