Since it’s January 1st and I know many people are scrambling to put together plans for what to eat I thought I’d just start with a question I know is on many people’s minds, “what should I eat in 2021 to make it healthier than 2020?” During my weight loss phase I tried not to go over my net calories target more than 3–4 times / month.
