But since I was trying to end my day at 1800 “net calories” (total calories minus workout calories) being able to snack without blowing my daily totals was awesome. During my weight loss phase I tried not to go over my net calories target more than 3–4 times / month. Let me be clear?—?they I’m not a teetotaler. I enjoy it when I do.
