Netlist Wins Round in Patent Battle With Inphi

Irvine-based Netlist , a designer of memory subsystems, said this morning that it has scored a win over high speed semiconductor maker Inphi , after a court dismissed a patent infringement lawsuit against the company. Netlist said it would "continue to aggressively defend our patent rights" in the other case.

Irvine-based Netlist , a developer of memory subsystems for server market, said this morning that it has added another patent to its lawsuit against Westlake Village-based Inphi Corporation. The two firms are battling in court over a number of patents covering various memory interface technologies.
