Having help narrowing choices is what its going to be about going forward. I really think MyShape has a great concept. With the growth of choices, it becomes harder to make decisions.

What can they do for funding, where can they go for help? This is something Ive always wondered about. Theres many good companys that will never turn into a $100M VC kind of company. I can’t help feel a bit of rear-view mirror analysis in all of “VC model is broken” bears in our industry. In an over-funding environment companies are encouraged to eschew revenues in a land grab to acquire eyeballs, clicks, page views or whatever other vanity metrics give VCs the false comfort that they’re sitting on a gold mine.

It helped that we could speak to that problem, and help the studios address that issue by giving consumers a legal alternative. Especially with DVD sales declining, we offer an interesting way to help studios. Our metrics show that when people watch chips, they increase their tendency to want to watch that feature length film.
