I recommend that you start by writing down the attributes you would want people to think about when they think about your brand. Let my try those for Los Angeles as an example: Second largest city in America with 13 million people. World-class education including Caltech, USC and UCLA. Don’t you think?

OP: It was 2012 when my brother and I took our cousin who was visiting from Poland to go see the movie Hugo. We will need to keep on figuring out how to educate our consumer.
