is already well above the dot.com bubble of 15 years ago, although we have slipped a bit this year from the high point of 320 new entrepreneurs out of 100,000 adults in 2011. That is a 65% increase in the number of IPOs over 2012, and the highest proceeds raised since the year 2000. in 2013, with aggregate proceeds of over $38 billion.
