San Diego-based Pharmapace , a provider of clinical research services, focused on biometrics services for the clinical trial process, has been acquired by Shanghai-based WuXi AppTec , the two companies said on Sunday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The company was founded in 2013 in San Diego.
