Based on my experience as a business advisor, I recommend that every business owner and entrepreneur focus on the following tips to provide a better work culture: Invest in integrating new technology, not just forcing it. Technology as an add-on by edict is not satisfying. Spend more time mentoring and coaching your team.

What are you most looking forward to in the technology/startup world in 2021? We are extremely focused on these regions in our hunt for Unicorns in 2021. We intend to double down on investing in 2021 with 2 investments a week planned. Embrace the fear and attack it head on. Lots and lots of opportunities there.

In my experience working with investors, I find their assessment of value in a business, and an entrepreneur, is all about results, rather than the idea or the technology. Of course, you need to support this culture by providing continuous opportunities for training and industry updates, and coaching as well as feedback sessions.
